Can you provide products from Overseas?
Absolutely, if you can afford the time required (2-3months) ,we have resources to export from overseas.
What kind of information do you require to best serve us?
It's always very helpful to know:
a) Your budget for the project.
b) Quantity required.
c) Describe the recipient of the gift.
d) Timing (when do you require the finished goods)
c) How many colours is your logo to be imprinted.
Can I order a sample?
Yes you can. All samples are charged at cost. We require prepayment via a credit card as well as your courier account number. Should you place an order, the costs minus shipping charges will be credited.
How do I place my order?
We need a purchase order faxed or emailed to us along with your artwork (see below).
if you are a new client, a 50% deposit will be required . The balance is due before we ship. Terms can be established in advance of your order being processed but please allow 3 weeks.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card , American Express and company cheques. No personal cheques accepted!
What format does our artwork need to be in?
The majority of our manufacturers required an .eps format created in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. All text must be converted to outlines. We also ask that you send along a PDF or JPEG.
For embroidery purposes, a JPEG or PDF file is best.
How long until the goods are delivered?
Depending on the product , the average delivery period is between 2-3 weeks from the date of a signed proof which will be either faxed or email to you once your order has been processed.
